We value your feedback in order to enhance the quality of our services.
Upon receiving the feedback/compliant (on a business day), we will acknowledge receipt of your concerns verbally or in writing within 2 business days. A verbal or written reply will be provided to you advising of any progress/ results within 7 business days. Upon completion of the investigation, a written communication will be sent to you. The final response will be issued within 2 months.
Remarks: the actual handling time may vary depending on the case’s complexity or other factors, but we will keep you posted of any further progress/ result and do our best to reply to you within 30 days.
