    HSBC Asset Management today announced the appointment of Caroline Maurer as Head of Chinese and Hong Kong Equities, effective immediately.

    In this role, subject to regulatory approval, Caroline leads a team of portfolio managers and analysts based in Hong Kong to manage offshore and onshore Chinese equity assets in excess of USD 7 billion*.
